How to Claim Sweepstakes Prize?

Requirements and Guidelines

  • Simply bring your two (2) valid IDs and the Winning ticket/s to the PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor
  • Present your winning ticket/s at the Prize Fund Division, Accounting and Budget Department. Affix your signature at the back of the winning ticket/s to establish your absolute ownership. Fill up the claim form
  • Proceed to the Treasury Department. Present your Authenticated winning ticket/s and approved claim form for immediate preparation of your check
  • Have your check signed by the Chairman / General Manager. Then properly receive your winning prize / check at the Treasury Department
  • Encash your check at the Philippine National Bank / Land Bank of the Philippines located on the Ground Floor

Conditions for Payment of Prizes

  • Prizes shall be paid to the holder of share/s of a winning ticket upon presentation and surrender of the same, provided that the ticket/s is/are free from any mutilation, erasure, or stain, making any number/s therein illegible, and provided further that no court injunction restraining the PCSO to pay is received before payment
  • Prizes above 10,000.00 are subject to 20% tax according to TRAIN Law

How to Claim the Lotto Prize?

  • Write your name and affix your signature on the back of your winning tickets before claiming your prize
  • Prize amounting to 20.00 up to 10,000.00 can be claimed at any authorized Lotto outlet or the PCSO Branch Offices in your area
  • Prizes from 10,001.00 and up to 300,000.00 can be claimed at the PCSO Branch Offices in your area or at the PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor
  • Prizes from 300,001.00 and up to JACKPOT PRIZE should be validated and claimed at the PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor

How to Apply as an Online Lottery Agent?

Follow these steps to apply as an online lottery agent:

1. Submission of Duly Accomplished Lotto Application Form to PCSO

Attach the initial requirements:

  • Sketch of the Location/Google Map of the proposed outlet site showing the exact name & no. of the street. The proposed site must comply with the following distance requirements:
    • Existing Lotto Outlet/s / (STL Outlets/Booths)
      • Provinces - 100 meters
      • National Capital Region (NCR) - 100 meters (minimum distance only)
      • 200 meters from existing Draw Courts and Substations
    • School
      • Elementary Schools - 100 meters
      • Secondary Schools - 100 meters
  • Picture of the proposed outlet site including its surrounding vicinity.

For National Capital Region (NCR) applicants within Metro Manila, submit the completed application form at the Technical Evaluation & Monitoring Division located at the PCSO Main Office, 2F OR send via e-mail to:

For applicants outside Metro Manila, submit your application form at the PCSO Branch Office covering your proposed outlet location.

2. Payment of Application Fee

Pay the application fee of PHP 2,500.00 per proposed site to PCSO Main Office Treasury Department/Branch Office covering your proposed site location.

3. Initial Inspection and Evaluation of the Proposed Site

Your application will be initially inspected and evaluated. Once the proposed site passes the criteria, the applicant will be informed officially within 5 working days through the information provided in the application form.

4. Screening of Applicant's Qualification and Submission of Additional Requirements

Upon receipt of the notification from PCSO for the processing of the application for approval, the applicant must submit the additional requirements within 5 days to the NCR department or branch office where the proposed site is located:

5. Submission of Pictures of Interior and Exterior of the Constructed Lotto Booth (Post-Approval Requirements)

Upon receipt of the Notice of Approval from PCSO, the applicant must accomplish the following within 15 days:

  • Submit pictures of the interior and exterior of the constructed booth showing compliance with the booth requirements listed below;
  • Pay the installation fee of PHP 10,000.

Booth Requirements

  • Floor space is at least 2m x 2m. Business counters measuring at least 36"x24".
  • Dry floor space with proper ventilation.
  • With at least one (1) wireless, fixed landline telephone OR cellphone for hotline operation use.
  • For security reasons, all Lotto outlets should be enclosed and must be facing the direction of human traffic/entry. Frontage must face the main hallway/corridor or the direction of major traffic flow.
  • Outlets located within a commercial building or complexes, with 24-hour security, Lotto booths need not be enclosed.

6. Posting of Cash Bond or Filing of Surety Bond to GSIS

File Surety Bond to GSIS or post Cash Bond:

  • Cash Bond:
    • NCR - PHP 300,000.00
    • Cities Outside NCR - PHP 200,000.00
    • Municipalities Outside NCR - PHP 100,000.00
  • Surety Bond (PHP 700,000.00 coverage)
    • PHP 13,864.32 (GSIS) (Premium for 2-year period)

7. Signing of Agency Agreement

Approved applicants will sign the Agency Agreement at the NCR Department or concerned Branch Office.

8. Training and Securing of Supplies

Approved applicant and his/her teller must undergo a 1-day training and may secure lotto supplies at the PCSO Warehouse for NCR or Branch Office.

On-Line Lottery Agents’ Application Requirements?

For Corporation / Partnership Applicant

Qualification of Applicant:

In the case of the Partnership Applicant:

  • Partners must be Filipino Citizens; AND
  • Partnership Applicants must be duly registered and existing under Philippine Laws.

In the case of the Corporation Applicant:

  • Must be fully owned and controlled by Filipinos;
  • Corporate Officers must all be Filipinos; AND
  • Corporation Applicants must be duly registered and existing under Philippine laws.
Additional Requirements (Upon Site Approval):
  • Bio-data of its Board of Directors and Officers, or Partners;
  • NBI Clearance of its Board of Directors and Officers, or Partners;
  • Secretary's Certificate authorizing the applicant to represent the Corporation / Partnership;
  • Two (2) latest passport size ID pictures with a white background of the authorized representative;
  • Proof of identification (two (2) valid IDs) of its Board of Directors and Officers, or Partners;
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the immediately preceding year;
  • Latest Audited Financial Statement;
  • Certified True Copy of SEC Registration, Articles of Incorporation (for corporation applicant), Articles of Partnership (for partnership applicant), By-Laws, and latest General Information Sheet (GIS);
  • Company TIN; and
  • In case the proposed site is:
    • Residential building owned by the applicant or his/her immediate family:
      • Barangay Certification showing that the applicant resides in the proposed site.
    • Commercial and owned by the applicant or his/her immediate family:
      • Business permit issued by the city or provincial government.
    • Leased property:
      • Duly notarized Letter of Agreement between the owner of the establishment and applicant showing that the proposed site will be leased to the applicant for the Lotto outlet; OR
      • If currently leased, duly notarized Contract of Lease.

For Sole Proprietorship Applicant

Qualification of Applicant:

Must be a Filipino citizen and duly registered and existing under Philippine laws.

Additional Requirements (Upon Site Approval):
  • Bio-data of the applicant;
  • NBI Clearance of the applicant;
  • Two (2) latest passport size ID pictures with a white background of the applicant;
  • Proof of identification (two (2) valid IDs) of the applicant;
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the immediately preceding year;
  • Latest Audited Financial Statement;
  • Certificate of Business Name Registration;
  • Company TIN; and
  • In case the proposed site is:
    • Residential building owned by the applicant or his/her immediate family:
      • Barangay Certification showing that the applicant resides in the proposed site.
    • Commercial and owned by the applicant or his/her immediate family:
      • Business permit issued by the city or provincial government.
